hello, I used Smartweb host providers to purchase SSL DigiCert for www.ecnba.org website but unfortunately the site is still showing site not secured I complained to the Smartweb they send me this link to test and check the ssl, here its showing there's certificate on the website but on the browser is showing not secured instead of showing the lock sign. I used different browsers but is still showing same result. please kindly help. thank you

Buyed certificate by DigiCert using konsoleh.hetzner.com. The certificate works correctly when the Cloudflare proxy is off, browser doesn’t show any errors. But when the proxy is on and SSL/TLS encryption mode = Full (strict) I have the error 526 Communicated to support konsoleh.hetzner.com and Cloudflare and nobody can help me

We have used them for years and they have just been ok. The UI is really bad and their changes are often not better. They really need better UX and need more user testing and feedback. I have so many UX issues. I made a list.

The website and product ordering is confusing. The sales team has no idea what they're talking about. The validation team has no idea what they're talking about. The supervisors are unreliable and always "in a meeting". They will put you on hold for least 20min. every call, or disconnect you! The shipping team is incompetent. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR BUSINESS.

Digicert works well in the past. However, now their system are full of bugs and the support is near to zero. It does not worth the 2000+ USD price comparing other's only several hundreds dollards.
