When I placed my order, I wasn't aware of changes made concerning the use of internal server names on certificates expiring on or after 11/1/2015. Hello. I have been using DigiCert for a long time, and I have to say its the best you can find. The website is simple to manage and the support team is very friendly. They call you to confirm that you are who you say you are, they don't issue a certificate randomly. I certainly suggest DigiCert for every company who needs a certificate.

Actually e-mailed me about a certificate where I had made a cert chain error.(Wihtout doing anything other than renewing the certificate). And offered support and tips for fixing it. That is really great customer care!

Even after decades of development, I never had to install a SSL certificate, and here I had to do it on a live running system. Thanks to DigiCerts really patient and prompt support team all was a walk in the park, other than the extended validation, which clearly shown this guys mean business with *extented* validation. Will never buy a certificate from anyone else!

We are based in Australia, Digicert are based in the USA, no problem! Digicerts online chat and support staff seem to be ALWAYS there and immediately answer any queries. The company is super flexible and able to easily issue certificates for unusual requests. (Like a SAN wildcard certificate for instance. ie *.domain1.com and *.domain2.com combined into one certificate. Little more expensive than say GoDaddy, but the service and support are second to none. Easy to use certificate testing tools and generation wizards top it all off. Recommended!

We had to renew our exchange server certificate. It wasn't something I'd done before. The help files talked me through it but checking the result showed it hadn't installed for all the correct services and the expiry date was wrong. Kyle from digicert phoned (transatlantic) immediately after I sent my email and talked me through rectifying it (including downloading and using what looks like a very useful utility of theirs).

Unlike some of the other certificate authorities I've dealt with, DigiCert's Web site is fast and easy to navigate. The business verification steps are painless, and the turnaround from request to final certificate is outstanding. Moreover, their prices are more reasonable than the "big names" in the business. Not only do I recommend them to my clients, but my own business Web site uses a DigiCert certificate.

We had to renew our UC Cert for our Exchange and WAF devices. The person who usually manages this was away so I opted to renew and contact Brad and Ken of Support. They were excellent and stayed with me through the who process of renewing the certs, then importing them to Exchange and exporting to the WAF. They answered all queries quickly and I felt as though I had them sat with me through the who process. Excellent service, I will be recommending them to all. Thanks
