Service is outstanding. They are willing to join us on GotoMeeting and talk us through the entire purchasing and certification process. Worth the extra money when compared to "chat" support and "email" support sites like Comodo. It is great to be able to sleep at night working with DigiCert!

The support was absolutely outstanding and in this day and age, others would do well to follow suit. I had a slight issue with the understanding to the server jargon initially, but all was explained over the phone and via email and wow, the quick responses were brilliant. Everyone at DigiCert who were in contact were on the money and within minutes. I will definitely be using these guys again for other clients. Thank you!

Am working on an academic conference site and needed a SSL certificate to protect data used in transactions and also to improve conference image... But since we are an educational entity we ran into some registration issues with another SSL certificate issuer before, that took more than 7 working days without a final resolution of the problem, not to mention a much higher fee for some similar quality service. However, DigiCert made the SSL application process easy for us. Would highly consider using their services again and recommend to the other users frustrated with some sluggish customer service issues.

Thanks guys, We had a shit experience over at comodo just ran enewing a cert, we'd been with them for 3 years and they treated us like fraudsters. Our whole systems have been down for 3 days now. We even paid for a certificate with them, now we have to go and get the $$ back off them, Digicert is highly recommended.

They say to err is human but to really stuff things up requires a computer, well thankfully to un-stuff things we have the Digicert support team that redefine customer support and do it so well it makes me wonder how other service providers dare use the term "support" for their offerings. Digicert set the standard others can only dream of achieving, and it's why I'm a customer for life. Better still is the prices are very reasonable and make a mockery of higher priced CA's that offer far less bang for buck. Fast, friendly, frugal and fantastic.

Hi, I would like to say massive THANKS to all Digicert team. I had to face unknown issue with business systems. I was new technician for company with no information left from my processor. One day I faced expired SSL cert and had no clue where to go for help or where to get renewal. Found small info of Digicert on database and hoped that this is it. Even that my request looked very suspicions to Digicert team, they responded very quickly, checked legitimate of my request and rushed to provide me with all help. Les than a hour I had my certificates and server was back to normal. Great step-by-step guides and instructions of how to perform task. great tools to make install easier and response from support team is always immediate. Thanks to all Digicert team! Lasma

After finishing everything online, I received the necessary emails. Then after doing I what I needed to I got support emails and calls from representatives that were polite and eager to help. No joke folks; I think one of their competitive edges over Symantec must be Customer Service (although I've never used Symanetc) but as a businessman, I can tell you that they do Customer Service really well.
