Entrust SSL Certificate Reviews

Entrust makes SSL certificate management convienient. The portal is straight forward and allows us to self-administer 99% of our certificate needs. As a former Verisign customer, I can say that Entrust has a great product and great support team (as did Verisign), but at a fraction of the cost.

I'm not an SSL expert but am responsible for our certs. Entrust has helped make my job easier when dealing with the certs for our sites.

I am new to my company and using Entrust SSL Certificates. Over the past year I've had the pleasure of learning how easy Entrust has made the SSL certificate process. I've done it all with them. We changed to EV Multi-Domain Certificates from using multiple single certificates. Our Account Manager was excellent during the entire process. She answered all our questions and had a technical resource available to handle the questions she couldn't answer. Their Technical Support was called when we had an interesting issue when trying to use the SSL Certificates in Windows 2008R2 IIS 7.5. The tech support person was very patient, courteous and helpful. He helped me resolve my issue quickly. The Website they have created for SSL Certificates is great. They have increased security, which I really like. Then the entire creation and revokation process is very simple. The certificates are issued immediately, in most cases. Overall I would recommend their services to people I know in the IT Industry.

Of the MPKI's and services I have used, Entrust has been the best. Support is received right away when needed, turn around time for certificate management is great and the MPKI is very efficient. The additional entrust security guard was a plus as well. Extra security is always a bonus.

We recently changed our SSL vendors after a cold call from one of Entrust Reps and I was very impressed that the cold call was not a high pressure sale, but rather an introduction of who they were and they left the option for us to contact them back if we wanted more details on their services. We took some time to review their processes and service offerings and compared them to other vendors. In the end, most others couldn’t compare to what Entrust offered for the given price points. Going on a year now using Entrust, we have experienced nothing but GREAT customer service. Whenever we have an issue, they are very receptive in addressing our concerns and have gone above and beyond in a couple of ‘urgent‘ cases. We highly recommend Entrust!

We recently switched to Entrust for all of our certs. From day one, the process was easy. Sales and support are both excellent. The portal is extremely easy to use, keep track of what you have and what you have left to use. Entrust has detailed instructions of how to install the cert, per platform, which has been a nice bonus. Very glad we moved over to Entrust.

The Entrust web site and account team make SSL services easy. Provisioning, new requests and reports can all be performed from their easy to use web interface. The account team is top notch always there to answer questions or take care of the rare issue.

Ordering and fulfillment was easy. The web portal can be a bit confusing at first, but after a short time of using it, it all makes sense. Web portal performance could be a bit better

We've been using Entrust for about 8 years. They have a great web site, lower pricing then Verisign, and great customer service. We've been very happy.
