Overall, the process has been made quite painless. Even though there is some setup, once it's done it's pretty automated. A very big thanks to a representative whom I've had the pleasure of dealing with (Nathan Tourret), very helpful guy and puts with internet humour quite nicely (my chat Alias is Mr Cheeseman). More importantly, I had quite an issue with the tool and this guy got me sorted within an hour and a half from a reissued certificate and initialisation. Thanks Nathan!

Got stuckon downloading the certificate, and more or less without hope pressed 'chat'. Got a guy named Omkar on the chat and he solved the issue in 10minutes. Great!

Hi had been waiting for a certificate from Thawte for over a week, called and waited and got very frustrated. Then I got referred to Globalsign on Twitter and within 3 hours of first contact my certificate was delivered. Awesome! So nice, very professional and really went out of their way to help me out the day before xmas.

After finding it difficult to install the certificate, my domain kept saying that it was a self signed cert which it clearly wasn't...after 90 min call looking at all options available we had a solution.. Iris was fantastic support staff looked in to every single avenue possible to help retrieve the problem..We got there in the end, but credit had to got to Iris
