I just want to say a massive thank you to Pedro (Product Consultant and Support Technician) who kindly dedicated his time with helping me with my revoked certificate problem. His communication and knowledge via IM about Cert troubleshooting was great as he really went down alot of avenues in an attempt to solve our web server cert problem. Pedro then went the extra mile and did a TeamViewer session with me in a further attempt to solve the problem, it was great to see that this is a genuine support technician who wanted to see the problem fixed just as much as i did. I'm happy to say that the problem was fixed and that i'm looking forward to dealing with Pedro and other GlobalSign support staff in the future should the need arise :). Contacted them on the live chat as I was a bit unsure on the pricing and how the application works. Very quick, personal response, none of this scripted rubbished you get with other companies. (or it's a very good script!) Straight through application in no time with a couple of hints from the support.

Having dealt with third parties to go through Globalsign before, our experience was much, much faster. In addition, customer service was pro-active, and very helpful. Given the choice of dealing with our current registrars, or dealing with Globalsign directly is just a no-brainer now.

I had never had to follow the process to create certificates and install them before and I was very unsure of the process. When I hit problems (due to my own lack of knowledge) I sent an email to the support site asking for help. Support team member Iris responded very quickly and helped me every step of the way until I had everything installed and working as it should. This was a very good experience with customer support.

I had a web server that needed to Go-Live in 24 Hours. I had already placed an order with another provider where they had promised to process my order within 7 days the previous week and they didn't. I contacted Global sign the day before my Go-live deadline and they immediately called me back. Long story short I received my certificate immediately and I was able to meet my deadline.

Despite their reseller stating that Globalsign is not user friendly the support during the order was exceptional. They also allow for a purchase order for institutions. Now I have an account where I can handle the certificates.

Von Anfrage über Bestellung bis Ausstellung wurde ich durch Frau Filieri und Irnberger gut und schnell unterstützt. Das Signieren unserer Software mit den EV-Zertifikat und USB-Token funktioniert problemlos. Die postalische Zustellung des Tokens hat 6 Tage gedauert, auf den Versand aus England wurde ich aber hingewiesen, daher kein Problem.
