I've used GlobalSign for many years now and they keep improving their services and provisions. The Managed SSL service, whilst very in depth for the initial registration, make self-service of certificates in less than an hour extremely beneficial in a busy IT environment. Jestine was the calvary to the rescue as I needed to reinstall a certificate and use it with the FDA ESG Webtrader site. She walked me through the creation and installation. Then gave me support pages to continue on my own. So far so good in my submission test. thanks to Jestine!

GlobalSign are brilliant. Although they need to update their administration console (dated) and maybe spend a bit more time with clearer explanations of what each step does and why it matters (as a newcomer I found it frustrating and confusing - I simply didn't know), on the whole they offer a reliable and speedy product. Typically I've found Organizational certs to be issued after a couple of business days, but that may be due to vetting issues and finding the correct person to speak to. Customer service is top notch - I've called several times about minor issues or just with questions and they really know their stuff. I have an account manager who i can reach at any time and he's also very helpful - if I have a peculiar order coming in I let him know and he tries his best to push it through the system ASAP.

We go the Certificate as excepted from global sign, but we were facing some issue for installing the certificate . finally Mohit from Global sign certificate technical support resolve the issue. he help us not for certificate side for JBOSS configuration also.
