Fast issue after crappy 2 week wait with comodo

Comodo suck. After two weeks they still couldn't issue me with an SSL certificate. I went to Go Daddy and they were able to issue on in under an hour. Their customer support was helpful and understanding. I will be using them again.

GoDaddy is the worst service provider I have seen in 25 years n the net. I have moved all my domains from them to another host because they are rude, slow, ignorant and expensive. I will never go back to them and I advise all my friends, colleagues, children and grandparents not to deal with them at all.

Godaddy codesigning does not work

If you need to install the GoDaddy codesigning certificate in Windows don't bother. I needed my certificate renewed to fill customer orders. GoDaddy sent me an spc file. It will not install in Windows because it does not contain a private key. Plus there is no way to get a private key. I was on the phone with Microsoft for 2 hours ($500.00) and they finally conferenced with Godaddy support who said they could not help. For a big company they sure have low standards. Stay away!

I am working with godaddy since 2010 and 1*hosting is very slow, 2* there is not 24/7 support 3*they do not care if your host is slow or fast or they do not care about if you will be customer or not! they make fun with people!

In my experience so far as I observe sometimes they are delayed in their customer services. However, I still love Godaddy because of their features and their services are good. I love their prices which are the best on website, and with all this inexpensive prices GoDaddy is one of the best web servers in the world which gives 99.9% uptiming. fast and easy to be installed I installed it on ubuntu + nginx you just need to know the commands which will be used in 1- generate CSR 2- concatenate the bundle+cert files 3- reference both of them in nginx config file

Mon conseil : faite vous assister au tÃ©lÃ©phone car l'interface assez difficile Ã suivre que vous connaissiez quelques chose aux certificats ou non. J'ai bÃ©nÃ©ficiÃ© d'une assistance tÃ©lÃ©phonique parfaite. I advise you to call before acting because user Interface is not explicit wether you know x509 or not. Worst Server Ever Experienced

All products were shocking bad. Emails from GoDaddy server getting blocked, problems with email clients not being able to access servers properly. Web site dropping, an absolute nightmare to deal with when trying to sort out problems. GoDaddy take no responsibility for any tech issue, worst company I have ever worked with and its taken me years to realise that their faults are across the board!

I was attempting to get the renewal (2nd year) Code Signing Certificate to work. I spent some time reading Godaaddy on-line support. which might as well have been written in Latin for all the use it was... I finally telephoned the support line and spoke for 30 minutes to a very nice lady who had no idea about code signing certificates. Her closing statement was "we sell code signing certificates, however, we do not support there installation and you should look at google for support..." Astonishing...

The instructions on their website for code signing certificates are either incorrect or incomplete, and their support folks can't help you. I canceled my purchase with them, unfortunately after wasting a day and a half trying to figure out how to sign my code.

While their reps are us based snd speak English, they know absolutely NOTHING about code signing certificate or how to use them. Their online HELP is equally worthless. Never got it to work and had to request a refund. Then went to kSign.com, paid 1/3rd less fkor a Comodo Certificate, downloaded an easy, intuitive free app that made signing my code quick and easy. Highly recommend kSign.com!

AS a full-time web developer and consultant, I use a variety of hosting, DNS and SSL platforms. I find that GoDaddy is great for DNS, good for SSL (but some clients are just dead-set on Verisign (Symantec), but more difficult for hosting (at least on the shared platform) as the directory structures are unique and I have run into performance issues. I will continue to use GoDaddy for DNS and SSL all the time.

Took the PayPal payment and never issued the SSL certificate. Their support is useless - they say no order placed. Still no certificate or refund after 2 weeks despite having a receipt from both GoDaddy and PayPal. GoDaddy support have been sent the receipt but still say 'no order placed'!!!!!!!!

Godaddy used to be awesome for SSL. Now that they've "upgraded" their SSL interface you can only easily validate your SSL certificate through the email in the whois record of your domain. If you need support you need to wait on the phone for 20 minutes, then wait 2 hours to have them manually switch it over to verification over http. What used to be a 15 minute job now takes several hours and constant page refreshing to get your SSL installed. I'll be researching better options in the new year. I would have voted zero (because I need instant results) but the form wouldn't let me!

The control panel sucks, the user interface sucks, the support team sucks and the response time sucks! I regret using GoDaddy so much I'm about to spend money to get everything transfered to a new registrar and get a new SSL Cert just so I don't have to spend another day dealing with these clowns!

Support team is highly unresponsive. Never able to answer any query. For all the queries they have a standard script "Not in our access. We can only pass on information to team sitting in US and pass on to you what they tell us." Very disappointing!!

it has been 7 weeks now since i try to be certified for an EV Validation. Our company is registered by an official Swiss Registrar for business. You only get this registration, if you earn it and are trustful. But Godaddy DONT ACCEPT THEIR CERTIFICATION!! They rather ask for a cheap Phone Bill (imagine), which everybody can change themselves.... And the support just dont take any responsability to make shure, they actually now that in the States... Never ever i can recommand Godaddy, sorry, took me hours of work and a few grey hair. PS: i wanted to rate 0- the worst for overall rating but this site did not accept this.
