Dear Sectigo, I had an issue installing an ssl certificate. The certificate was requested and provided by my hosting company. I wanted to install the SSL certificate directly on my Synology Nas, I received a *.cer file and i didnt knew what to do with it ,, as in what order and what place i needed to install it, John connected me with Stanley who gave great support and got me running the website secure again. Even though im not very familiar with installing certificates. He was patience and took the time to make it work. Thank you ! Best regards JC

Contacted Marc at Technical Support department and he was very helpful. The one downside of Sectigo is having to go through IE as many machines now do not use that and I had to google to find it! Other than that, all went smoothly.

I've had some issues with adding subdomains to an existing ssl certificate, but marc from technical support figured out quickly what was going on. Probably the system itself should have complained, but in the end problem solved. So automatic checks not so ok, marc from technical support ok.
