Great service in general, I've purchased and renewed several certs in the past, always worked fine. One thing that could be improved is to clarify the expectations when filling the forms (e.g. I gave my home phone number but it wasn't obvious to me that it would be called as part of the process).

Great support team, whom you can get in touch in minutes, and who are eager to resolve your issues. SYLVIA for example, not only provided me examples but also suggested a paremeter change during code signing which fixed our issue. For info, we were using osslsigncode.exe instead of SignTool.exe.
