I am having a very tough time with Sectigo. The Journey was totally painful until I met Darren. The support team doesn't have any communication skills. I think they use Google Translate. If the support team is fast enough, customers like me will be in great relief. Most of the time I found the agents don't have any process training and their communication skills are atrocious. Darren, the one guy whom I spoke to just twice saved a lot of time. I hope the support is from India and Darren is the only person whom I think running the show alone. I give a 5-star rating to Darren. Even though I am not sure the other agents will screw me up as I am being truthful here.

I spoke to Grace today, it was a pleasant and informative experience. She answered my questions quickly and well. I have no issue nor complaint with Grace. However I did give a 3 star rating to sectigo. I had a pretty horrible experience getting validated. Sectigo needs to adjust policy/procedure because it took me over 2 weeks. I was considering getting a refund. I am not looking forward to renewing next year.
