I had a hard time with the verification process since D&B never updated my phone, despite updating my business address when I moved my business 17 years ago. This held up my verification process for at least 2 weeks. Eventually, I was in touch with a helpful support person (RUSSELL) who offered an alternate means to verify my business...we did this and he issued my certificate! Thank you, RUSSELL
