The process seems needlessly complex with a confusion of web sites, brand names, brands, site-stylesm, limitations on browsers etc... I think this could be made a lot easier to handle, but the support team, when you need to ask for help are always quick to provide assistance.

I did not receive a renewal notice for my instant SSL. No reminder nothing at all so I would like to thank you for that!!! Not! The cert on my site therefore expired without me noticing. On visiting the site I had a chat with Carlos who was very helpful. About an hour later (seemed to be some issue with the domain verification email not being received so I retried and it came through immediately) the certificate is installed and all working. Now to deal with the mayhem from having let it expire. It would be useful to have timely reminders or any reminder at all but ultimately it is my responsibility to keep track of such things of course.

Knowledgeable support staff but as a CCM customer, it was difficult to know how to contact for support. I finally got the support number from one of a SECTIGO chat sessions. It would have be good to see the support link and page on the CCM site.
