Ash, Level 2 Technical Support is the most knowledgeable SSL Technical Support representative I have ever encountered. He successfully got two SSL certificates I purchased on August 15, 2018, working. Numerous calls to Comodo and the SSL Store since August 15, 2018 were exhausting. I was referred to (bounced between) Comodo, Comodo SSL Store, Microsoft and to Apple time and time and time again to no avail for one month. Today after reaching a work stoppage, Today, I called Comodo again and again was referred to the SSL. Ash answered the phone. His voice and tone was calm. He exhibited patience throughout the entire process. He displayed expert knowledge and skill with precision. And his dedication to superb customer service is second to none. I must say it is rare to encounter technical support that exemplifies the true meaning of customer support. I can now digitally sign and encrypt sensitive emails. Ash went above and beyond. SSL Certificates can be difficult to manage with any vendor but Comodo makes the whole process a lot less stressful.
