Arthur , karter , susan --> we did more than 5 chat for ev ssl validation. after all documents are submitted , they still telling that it is escalated and reviewed. but no one is really working. fake answers support. really worst ever support. Digicert is the best

Russell was a great help in getting this SSL certificate issued. I had problems due to the domain name, and not being able to place a CSR Hash txt file on the source where the SSL is used, but he gave me excellent steps on how to get the CNAME validation to work. Thanks a bunch! -Ryan
