Had some issues with the approval e-mails, and needed help getting the correct e-mails set. Vinson from Validation was excellent, and after a quick check of the domains in question, proceeded to correct all the e-mails. Got frequent updates and got everything sorted fairly quickly when you take into the account of the amount of domains needed manually updates.
