Sylvia helped us out a great deal this evening when we had an expiring certificate that we couldn't get into the correct format. After chatting and then talking with her we were able to get past the hurdle of our system refusing to accept the initial certificate due to problems in the Alias. She led us through piece by piece until our proprietary system accepted the PKCS12 format that wasn't natively provided.

You validation process is so tedious, stressful and time wasting. It took almost 2 weeks and numerous unattended tickets to get my certificate. Thank God for Darren from Validation(Who deserves a 5 star) who took his time to assist me today.

I had no idea how to do this and was not able to obtain any documentation from our side. Guys at Sectigo made it pretty easy and straight forward. I must admit this was frustrating, but they were able to assist. Logan and Lucas were my Techs. There is one recommendation, I would have liked to see a remote session option. Either way I am now only pending a restart, hopefully everything should be fine, if not i'll be calling these guys again, the only different is that I have the confidence in the support now.
