EV Code Signing can be tricky to get going - especially when you're a bit of a dolt like me and miss some key details during the attestation process. Happily, ssl.com has fantastic support. I pinged them with some questions and one of their support engineers (Allen) was able to help me get back on track and also made a point of answering all of my questions to make sure I had a much better understanding of the underlying process in question. Will buy from ssl.com again!

We really struggled with the SSL process and website but Allen was an absolute hero helping us figure out where we were going wrong and making sure we could complete the process. He went above and beyond when we got blocked on various issues. Great support and kudos to Allen for doing an amazing job.
