Allen did a good job getting me past issues with the EV eSigner Cloud Key Adapter. However, the ssl.com console interface is a terrible user interface. It's very convoluted, it uses unfamiliar language and it acts in very strange ways. You desperately need a quality UI designer to complete redesign the whole thing from top to bottom.

My cert was set to expire in less than a week. I initiated the renewal process on Sunday and for some reason, the cert was validated but never issued. Support was able to get the issue elevated to their admins for quick review and correction.
