I had an issue where an expired (non-functional) domain was included in a certificate. Validation failed and the state was stuck in pending. I attempted to contact customer service using a bad phone number shown on the cert order page (transposed last 2 digits). Chat support failed for me as well because the sites to get PIN gave me 404 (3 browsers). Email worked great! Back and forth questions/suggestions finally resolved issue when I was sent a link to "reprocess" the cert. That link should be front and center if one ever fat fingers a domain. Something simple took several days to resolve, but kudos to your staff for helping!

I fumbled replacing an expired SSL certificate and somehow caused a wrong Common Name to stick to many additional attempts to generate a correct one. Afterseveral days and many tries and downloads, I gave up, but Allen dug in and found a correct one by inspecting innards of the discarded files.. I thank him for his knowledge and persistence!
