I hadn't actually purchased an SSL certificate from DigiCert, however went to them with an issue (as I thought I had brought it from one of their resellers, I hadn't) and Bryan, my support agent, was fantastic. He was really helpful, it was a shame we weren't able to fix my problem, however I'm going to contact my host. Thank you so much Bryan, and DigiCert!

When looking for a Certificate CA several years ago, I found Digicert. Their pricing was very good, and the quality of the organization validation was detailed. After the sale, the support, and ease of doing most functions right on their website has been great. We have renewed over and again, so we are at 7 years now using DigiCert certificates
