I had some troubles (our fault, not DigiCert) renewing our certificate. Throughout the ordeal to sort out our own issues, a support person stayed with me online, walking me through every step. I will not purchase a ssl certificate anywhere else.

I have used a number of different CAs over the years, but have never before used DigiCert. However, due to problems with another CA I came here to renew our Exchange servers certificates. I'm really very impressed, the process was very easy, the website is well laid out, and the whole thing took less than an hour from start to finish. In addition, I received an email from their support, just checking that everything was ok, and they were able to answer a quick question I had within minutes.

Pricier than some other vendors but I'll always turn to Digicert when I need a certificate for a major organisation. They simply are the best when it comes to quality, support and ease of installation/management.
