Not only is their system easy to use, but their customer service (both during the ordering process and post-sales) is fantastic. Within minutes of placing an order, I had a call (and I'm overseas) from someone at Digicert offering to help me to complete the steps required for the order. I recently had cause to call regarding an issue with the certificate under Chrome, and they immediately identified the issue and re-issued the certificate with an updated signature chain - without me needing to contact them multiple times. This ability to resolve issues on the first contact is amazing, and almost absolutely unique!

I had an issue with a cert on a linux machine. The tech walked my through several test scenrios and was very patient. Come to find out the issue we were seeing had to do with the client software connecting to the server. I would highly recommend Digicert if you are shopping for certificates.

Was unable to install cert on cisco ASA. Support found the issue was with it not being compatible with SHA2 and reissued a SHA1 cert without a hassle.

Digicert are fast beyond belief. But that is not the best thing about them. Digicert staff recently showed my team unbelievably good support. They were able to take initiative and resolve issues within a few minutes that other very reputable vendors could not resolve after days of work. In a world were every minute costs, going with a team like Digicert that obviously knows what they are doing, doing it in as short a time as they do it is a no brainer. Their prices are extremely competitive. But even if their prices were 3 times higher, the performance advantage and speed of execution alone stills makes it a poor mans bargain. There isn't enough good things I can say for the team at Digicert who really saved my bacon.
