We have been using wildcards for 2+ years, and just went through renewal process, very smooth BUT we had an issue with a couple of our systems that are not ready for SHA2 yet. Digicert was very helpful getting this sorted out for us.

Fast and easy to deal with. And, they are all based in the USA in Utah, so since I also live in Utah, it was a no-brainer for me. I had been using a competitor's SSL for a few years, but they were becoming increasingly difficult to deal with by demanding things such as an online phone directory listing and other rubbish. Their name reminds me of a dragon. Their service reminds me of a gnat - very much a PITA!!

Digicert are consistently excellent to deal with. I have NEVER once felt that I wasn't supported completely in every single regard when using certificates - they explain what's required and offer guidance and advice. They even go so far as to advise as well as they can on platforms and usage. Amazing support - I really wish every company I deal with was as good as these! Can't believe the value for money we get from Digicert compared to every other certificate provide we tried in the past. I cannot recommend Digicert highly enough.

I honestly think this is the best certificate authority there is, certificates are issued extremely quick and the support is killer. We had a problem with our DNS provider (not Digicert' fault) and so we couldn't receive the initial verification mail, contacted support and the issues was resolved in minutes instead of hours or even days with our former authority. In one word; Digicert rocks!

I am not a "techie" and never had to secure an SSL certificate. DigiCert's customer service was outstanding and took the time to explain to me what was required from my end to get the job done. Also, the time to get certification was a few hours- slow on our end certifying. Turnaround time was far faster than I anticipated. I would strongly recommend their services.

I know that they are very serious about validation which is good, but it got a little old with the piecemeal requests for more and more info to scan/fax over. Just request all of the docs you might need at once, and I can get my cert and get on with my day. Ask for 10 docs, don't care, just do it once. Went over a weekend so took about 4 days if I remember correctly. All that being said, the install, and then later doing a migration, the support has been top notch, and you won't find a more 'valid everywhere, and mobile' quality cert. They sent me a cool t-shirt out of the blue, and sent us a thank you card actually signed by everyone in the office. I like these guys.

As soon as I ordered a certificate on the DigiCert website, I got a phone call from DigiCert. They wanted to know if they could help me in any way. They helped me out in a great way. Polite, and quick. I live in the Netherlands and they were in The States. I had them on the phone for 15 minutes. Documentation is good, product works, tools are good and also easy to find. Great!

Digicert may be a bit more on the expensive side or so I'm told, but I must say their customer service is 2nd to none. They are incredibly responsive and solve problems right away. This is one of the few tech companies that I can't recommend enough! Consider the cost of your time and buy your SSL certificates with them.
