I just may be one of the most difficult customers, not because I try to be, but it just so happens to be that way sometimes. In dealing with SSL certs, I've found this to be the case oftentimes and over the years I have entrusted Digicert for our SSL certs and I have never been in such amazement at this companies ability to serve by going the extra mile in ways I would have never thought. If you think about, SSL, is really just an experience ensuring the strength of your companies website security and privacy. Without question, the same qualities people find in an SSL certificate, they will also find with Digicert because a product is only as good as the company that stands behind it. In the end, the price of a certificate correlates to the experience for your company to portray to customers. Digicert goes above and beyond in making an outstanding experience for their customers and customers customers. Not all SSL certs are created equal!

If you are looking for a very reasonably price SSL cert provide look no further than DigiCert! I used to be a VeriSign customer years ago. When they increased their costs to almost a thousand dollars for a single domain I began looking elsewhere. The cost is what initially attracted me to DigiCert so I took a chance. I have not been disappointed in the 6+ years I have been a customer. The customer service and support is the best of any company I've ever worked with in my career. I'd recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. If you are looking to change providers, give them a look. You won't regret it.

I was very impressed with the quality of the customer service provided by the personnel at DigiCert. This was my first time working with SSL certificate renewals and, as there was a domain redirect in place, it was not a straight-forward process. However, each of the personnel I worked with was very helpful and did everything they could to make the process as simple as possible. They were also very responsive; with fast replies to any of my inquiries. Ultimately it turned out that the previous providers had the wrong type of certificate purchases for the situation. But, their aid in investigating and identifying this was invaluable. While I worked with a number of individuals over the course of processing my order, the transitions between individuals were seamless, so, regardless of who I was working with, it was as if I had worked with just one person the entire time.

I needed to renew a Digicert SSL cert purchased by another person.The renewal was a rush and we didn't have account info to even get started. Digicert's self help was easy to use and the process for renewal was straight forward. Opted for telephone support anyway and after a lengthy discussion, I went with a UC SSL cert instead of the standard. It seemed a little pricey but the support before an during the transaction was great. Since then I have called in with several issues and received stellar service regardless of the time or day (It's 9 PM on a Sunday at the moment and I just got off a chat with Ian) In addition, the support Digicert has either guided me through a process on my server to implement a feature or provided me instructions on using the cert that saved me time, trouble, and money. That's exactly what I want from a vendor. That "little pricey" UC cert has saved me enough money to pay for itself. "I should have called Digicert" is now becoming a mantra among my peers.

I would like to recommend the service i got from the Digicert service givers and especially Mecham Jared a Manager at the Validation Services. Jared was helpful and informative and was patience enough to guide me trough the login and order process.
