We hit a small snag with our organisation name after going for ev validation. After a short wait chatting with customer support the issue was resolved and they offered to reissue the certificate before i'd had a chance to ask for it.

I dealt with three or four people in the setup of our EV SSL certificate and each of them was amazing. DigiCert truly have the best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. They helped me through all aspects of the process in a completely non-patronising way (this is my first time doing this, and whilst I am pretty confident with Linux/Apache I am by no means a seasoned sysadmin). I haven't tested the certificate yet, but seeing as they quote some pretty decent latency times we should be considerably faster than our previous provider. The staff even made suggestions to me for further optimisation of our website (such as using SPDY etc) A rare display of customer service that goes above and beyond.

Perfect way of requesting an SSL. Site looks and feels professional and easy to navigate. Just had an issue with the SHA1 to SHA2 conversion but was assisted very professionally by Devon J. and the issue was fixed within several minutes. So a big cheers and keep up the good work!

I spent several hours in support chat and on the phone with Kyle at Digicert. He was extremely patient as we tried myriad solutions to the problem I was having with my Digicert code signing cert. In the end, we did not resolve the issue, but that's probably more a function of my development environment than with the Digicert code signing cert. Kyle even roped in a supervisor to help troubleshoot, and he was extremely helpful, too. Can't say enough great things about Digicert support. Digicert may not have the cheapest certs, but they have the best support, and that is worth every penny I paid in excess of their competitors' prices.

An excellent company to use. The support is second to non (as I've come to find from American companies). I'm a UK company but found no issue using a US company for SSL certs. I can't say anything bad about them, they've just made the whole process so simple.

Though I haven't tried other services recently, DigiCert provides great service. I used online support and Adam was really helpful in correcting some information since we had moved since we got our domain name. Excellent documentation and utilities on their website.

Digicert were the cheapest I could find for an EV MS authenticode code signing cert and the service has been great to match. My order was a little convoluted from standard as I have a couple of developers and I wanted both to have their own certificate. Digicert were very helpful and lightning fast.
