Navigation of website is simple, Cert Utility is very handy, and the Live-Chat for support is Top Notch. No need to pick up the phone for a 30 second question. Love it!

These guys are a little more expensive than other competitors however their support is amazing. I was working with another vendor that gave me pages of commands to run for converting and installing a cert. I asked Digicert support for help. They simplified the whole process down to a few commands and I was in production within 15 minutes. The great thing is that I bought my cert over a year ago and they still helped me. They provided top notch support.

I can't possibly explain how happy I am with DigiCert. I've been using DigiCert for the past 7+ years (with current and previous employer). Initially, they might seem a bit pricey compare to what's out there, but absolutely nothing comes close to what these guys offer. Super easy and clean to use website, excellent service and unbelievable turnaround time on everything from orders to support and troubleshooting. Support just goes above and beyond to take care of things and has been the case on every call I have made to date. Same goes for support via chat. DigiCert- Thank You! for setting such a good example! Keep it up!

We have been using Digicert for a few years, and we have never had reason for disappointment. They are fast and responsive when support is requested, their re-issue, rekey, and installation policies are great, and they get validations done quickly. I can't think of a possible reason to switch to a different cert vendor.
