Can't say enough in favor of the support staff at Digicert. They are Great, and help solve any certificate installation issues quickly! By far the best I've worked with! Have been buying certs from Digicert for 3 plus years now, after moving from one, then another of their competitors. Great, easy, self-serve cert purchasing and management from Digicert's site!

Agree with other reviewers, outstanding tech support if you need it. Great web site for managing your certs by yourself. FLexible for upgrading and refunding lower tier products. Will recommend for anyone not on a paupers budget.

...Because DigiCert is here! Seriously, I've been doing IT since 1989, and the DigiCert team have been the best I've ever experienced when it comes to understanding SSLs. I've yet to get an "I don't know" (which is a perfectly acceptable answer) from the team, and they understand the questions the first time you ask them. The fact they're willing to re-key for SHA-2 for free is something in itself (not just a sales ploy in my book, as they're providing full support along the way.) The only other SSL provider who comes close is GoDaddy - and I've had mixed results when them. (Sorry Bob P. - it's true.) Keep providing that 5 Star Support!

I only have one certificate with them at the moment but plan to move everyone over to them. They were great during heart bleed while Network Solutions was terrible. They're also handling the SHA-1 Sunset well.

I've used a lot of different SSL providers: GoDaddy, StartSSL, Verisign, Dreamhost. I'm used to headaches, multiple versions, troubles with file formats, and customer support that takes days/weeks to respond. Digicert works so well that I feel like I must be missing a step. Honestly each time I tweak my SAN I think "Ok, what steps am I missing? I shouldn't be done already." But nope - it is just that straight-forward. Me and my 2048-bit keys couldn't be happier!

I've been dealing with Comodo and their overpriced EV's for 4 years now, I finally convinced the powers that be to allow me to change things over. Not only did we have our certs issued immediately, but any questions I did have were quickly taken care of by Kenyon and Chris O. Best experience ever, and it cuts our costs down by half every 2 years.

Although only new to the SSL business, I can't help but congratulate Digicert on their amazing service, and also their support. Although support was busy when I messaged them, they still managed to answer it in just five minutes. They preemptively helped me out with problems that I was likely to face, and guided me through the entire process quickly. I would highly recommend them.
