DigiCert is the only CA I have ever used, and I've been using their Unified Communications Certificates for almost seven years on a wide range of operating systems, servers and devices. The information available on their website is very helpful for installing certificates, but in the few times I have had to call or chat with them for help they have always been very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable--so far I have been able to get whatever problems I've had resolved within a few minutes of talking with their support personnel. As I said, they are the only CA I have used, so I can't compare them with other CAs, but their service has been so good I couldn't imagine switching to anyone else.

I have been using DigiCcert for a couple years now after noticing their pricing was better than some competitors for the UC Certificates. I have been very pleased with the service, pricing and customer support. A recent chat with Support went well beyond my expectations. Clint was friendly, extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our experience even better. Thank you, Clint! Highly recommend Digicert as a service.

The guys at digicert absolutely rock, they always respond to help requests very quickly, the even phone me if they have not been able to get the necessary docs from a client I am ordering a certificate for. The digicert seal and click function is great. While their product is not the cheapest (nor can it be with the level of support they offer) I charge my clients extra (for my time) if they want me to use another (cheaper) SSL provider as I want to allow for the fact that any issues will take longer to resolve. Even though I make more money personally if I use a cheaper SSL for my client I always recommend digicert to them. I love digicert. If I could give them 6 stars out of 5 I would. Derek

Digicert may have the best customer service I have ever encountered. They respond almost immediately to emails and, when you call them, you get to speak a human instead of a voice who asks you a set of questions until finally a person picks up the phone. On top of their excellent customer service, the information they provide on their website makes signing applications very easy for those new to Code signing certificates. I will definitely recommend Digicert to anyone.

Kyle Myers of DigiCert was awesome. A phone call for assistance with a newly acquired wildcard cert turned to a quick screen share session where Kyle walked me through not only their cert process, but assisted with the implementation of the cert on my web hosting service. He was extremely knowledgeable of the entire process. He answered several questions regarding using the wildcard cert in the future for our specific needs as well. Whole process was less than an hour (would've been quicker had I had fewer questions) . . . I am thoroughly impressed and look forward to a great working relationship with DigiCert.
