As an IT manager I have had to deal with MANY online resellers, vendors, service providers, etc. DigiCert was probably the best vendor I have ever used. The web site is easy to navigate and has great tools and information. I bought a certificate for an Exchange 2010 server and it was so simple to request, purchase and install. I kept thinking that I was missing something because it was so straightforward. I also had to upgrade from a single site certificate to a UC certificate. They issued a refund (immediately) and kept the old certificate active for 72 hours while I installed the new one. Their customer service is outstanding! Kudos and I wish more companies were this professional.

I've used Entrust and TrustWave. Digicert is the best one. They were incredibly easy to use compared with the others. They also had full, complete, accurate information for all the steps you needed to generate and install the SSL. The phone tech support also made it easy to get the information I needed. I've never had the process go so smoothly or so quickly. I'm a customer for life!

Very easy to use and competitivly priced. The most important thing is their very high level of support with an immediate individual response. Compare their "Chat" experience with their competitor. On the competitor site a "Chat" means you get an email back saying you will be contacted within 24 hours. :-( Not the experience you are looking for when you need to get that cert in place quickly. But you don't have to worry about having that experience if you are using Digicert.
