I ordered UC certificate by close of business day. I had response with requirements for processing almost immediately. The following day when I furnished the information, bingo my certificate was issued. I had issue completing the pending certificate on my exchange. I referred it to their Support and had instant support and resolved the issue. Digicert is simply on top of their game!

I had to convert an SSL certificate to a Wildcard certificate. I joined a live chat session which started immediately (no waiting time for a representative). All was resolved within 5 minutes with a $106.00 credit towards the new Wildcard Certificate. I have been using DigiCert for over 6 years now. They are quick and efficient. Their online tools simplify the creation of CSRs and certificates. They support all major platforms and more. Their costs are truly competitive, and their service is unbeatable. They are simply the best.

I'm an individual software developer from Lithuania. My software business is very small, and therefore I was looking for a CA that offers not too expensive certificates. In the past I tried two other CA. My experience with GlobalSign was pretty good. Comodo - very bad. This time I tried DigiCert. I was surprised how fast they issued certificate. Email support also was fast, friendy and helpful. In my case everything took 2-3 hours, and no troubles. Obviously I had to email some documents. I believe, for companies its even faster. DigiCert now is my favourite. If you are looking for a not too expensive CA, don't waste your time and energy with the cheapest CA (like Comodo). Go directly to DigiCert.

My name is TJ and I work for Cartridge World. I needed to renew our wildcard certificate this morning but had a few questions regarding my CSR first. When I called in I reached Kenyon, who was very helpful in answering my questions, as well as thorough and friendly. He also gave me his direct line in case I had more questions after I ordered my certificate. After I ordered and received the certificate, I did run into some strange issues that were not included in the instructions that Kenyon originally directed me to. I called him back and he spent quite some time on the phone with me helping to troubleshoot what the issue was. The entire time he was patient and helpful and not once did I detect a bit of frustration from his end, which is something that I have seen from some of our other vendors in the past. The whole experience was above and beyond. The services offered by DigiCert are great, but are definitely completed by their support people. I am so happy that with his help I was able to accomplish our renewal and not have to panic. Thank you for your service, but more than that, thank you for your support. If I come across a friend or colleague that has a say in their certificates, I will definitely recommend DigiCert.

We've purchased certificates from another reputable company and for the most part have found the experience frustrating. I researched companies again when looking for a wildcard certificate and found DigiCert had the best price by far and the best features and support. I initiated the process and was expecting the typical days of delay with back and forth emails about something non-certificate related that they took issue with, but to my surprise we had the certificate in hand in about 15 minutes. Also, I posted a support question late at night and again to my surprise received a response within about 15 minutes and with an excellent solution. I don't think the process or support could be any better. Thanks for proving things can be different.

Today was the first time in my career to use a signed certificate. Previousely I have used self signed certificates, and all the problems involved with that. Within 15 mins of watching the very well laid out tutorials, I had created my CER, paid for it, received the certificate and installed it.

This is the first SSL certificate I have bought. At first I was scared, however the website is very friendly. It even generated for me the OpenSSL command line required for creating the CSR. Tech support is superb and answered in matter of minutes. I have plans to buy at least two Wildcard Plus certificates in the near future and I am totally convinced to buy them at DigiCert.

Logan at tech support went above the call of duty to help us on a Saturday night to issue our SSL SAN certificate (UC). We tried many others and our existing CA but no one was available to help. He even emailed us back to make sure we had everything we needed AFTER his shift eneded THANK YOU Logan!
