DigiCert SSL Certificate Reviews

My organisation almost exclusively rely on Digicert to provide excellence in SSL certificates. I've even contacted Digicert Support and receive excellent service regarding a competitor's certificate, THAT'S how dedicated they are! Their certutil.exe tool is a timesaver, so are their various wizards for generating CSR's. Love Digicert, keep up the good work!

We were loyal Thawte customers but had become increasingly frustrated with their purchase process, which could take up to 10 working days and endless attempts to get a hold of their support at the right time. Digicert is the opposite, easy to contact Tech support, very helpful, and above all fast delivery!! Keep it up Digicert!

I had questions regarding puchasing a WildCard SSL. My questions we answered quickly and thoroughly.I had my answers within 7 minutes.

Digium has great, fast support. They gave us a free SSL cert because one of our servers didn't support wildcard certs. Proactively contacted us to let us know a recently issued cert was incorrectly installed and then helped me fix it. We are very happy and will definitely stay with digicert in the future.

Their video tutorials, documents and support all around will get you the information that you need to know. They have helped me many times over from selecting a cert, re-issuing, cancelling and re-ordering a different kind...you name it and they'll let you know how to or that it just doesn't work that way and guide you to where you need to be.

Digicert technical support spent 3+ hours teaching me how to install my certificates and helping me finding a very bug in how my prior certificates had been installed. I can't believe they saw this through to the end. It was literally 3 hours of troubleshooting because I'm a novice programmer. I had previously used GoDaddy but I highly recommend Digicert.

I requested a SAN certificate for testing in a lab with Exchange 2010. Digicert has given me the opportunity to use a test certificate, this is very important for the studies. I want to thank the technical support, very helpful and effective in responding to mail. Excellent service. A rare example of excellent customer service. I thought I had my SSL installed correctly and it appeared to work ok, however I had actually made a mistake on my SSL install which meant it would not work correctly with some browsers. They picked up on it and let me know what I had done wrong and how to fix it without me even asking for help (as I was unaware of the problem!). It's hard to find a company doing more than they need to after they have your money. These guys deserve your business.

I have been working with them for more than 4 years now and i must say. they are the best, i usually want to do everything by myself and most of the times i can, but when i'm stuck, a mail or a call and you got your solution, fast, clear, polite. That's what we are glad to pay for, superb service.
