My thanks to a member of your support team, Jon Daniels. A partner upgraded their certificate causing issues with our connections. as it turned out, there was nothing wrong with the certificates, but diagnosing and resolution was an important ingrediant from Jon. He stayed with the technical team and brought his expertise to the table. Our hats off to Jon and the DigiCert support team for their timely assistance.

THey are so awesome. They made a tiny recommendation error so they updated our UCC to a Wildcard certificate with no extra charge. They helped me over chat and did a screen share to sort out a server issue. Use these guys they are amazing!
