We had issues with passing the initial validation due to being a sole trader etc but DigiCert responded promptly to numerous emails and eventually we managed to find a solution. Had a minor issue with a intermediate certificate. We discovered it by using Digicert validation website to test the chain. Even thou it seemed to be Digicert certificate that was the problem that caused the issue the where very quick to respond with a solution when we sent them a E-mail. They have all easy-to-use tools to test your certificates and most importantly a rapid response rate. Whenever there is a problem DigiCert is there with a solution. I am more then satisfied with their services and support team. Thank you Ken Martin and Bryce D. :)

With certificates, the thing that distinquishes companies is tools, documentation, and most importantly customer service. DigiCert does all of these things very well but their customer service is better than any other CA I have dealt with. I just finished up a 3 hour session with a representative named Todd in helping me get an ssl certificate installed and working on a VM View Connection Server. Todd went out of his way to get my task accomplished and throughout the entire process was patient, courteous, and resourceful. These experiences ensure that the City of Round Rock will only use DigiCert for our certificate needs. I wish all of the vendors I dealt with were half as good at providing customer service as Todd and the rest of the staff at DigiCert.

I'd say they fix problems quickly, but I haven't had any problems. They provide great help when I have to do something new or can't figure it out on my own. Certs come through within minutes, unlike other sites that take days to process a request.

Customer service is amazing. When you call, an actual person picks up and walks you through any questions you have. You never get put on hold or transferred around to other countries like some of the other certificate sites. A+

I have purchased a cert from Comodo in the middle of a scheduled Exchange 2010 rollout. Very poor response, never got the cert, asked for a refund. Called Digicert as a last ditch effort to work with the scheduled downtime, they worked to get me going long after hours. Gave me a utility to help import certs into all Exchange servers, gave me a cell phone number of an on call tech support rep. I called this guy at 11pm to make changes to the cert, he picked up from his house with kids in the background and did everything i needed on his own time. That is awesome customer service. I will buy all my certs from DigiCert in the future. Recommend to everyone.

OK .... so it's pretty incredible when you get a response to your emailed support request just 3 minutes after you hit send. That in itself is amazing. But when you're UK based and sending that email to a US-based company at 3:33am (US time), that's even more incredible. I usually expect a delay of at least 24hrs - more for US-based companies ..... heck, that's when I'm feeling optimistic! WIth some companies I'm delighted if I get a response *at all*! So this kind of service is really, really special. Great work Digicert - and thanks, Kyle, for such a quick and helpful response.

I love the guys at Digicert. I'm a consultant/installer and have used digicert over a dozen times for my clients. They are fast, rsponsive and most importantly, very helpful, knowledgable, helpful and willing to go out of thier way to help thier customers. I would strongly recommend them to all professionals and first timers as well.
