DigiCert SSL Certificate Reviews

The overall process and clarity of the Digicert web interface makes it easy to use. The support staff were fast and effective in the one instance help was required. Was also half the price for an EV certificate compared to our previous provider, Thawte, who I am unlikely to ever use again.

I had to renew my OCS certs and I thought I could save money by just issuing certs using my wildcard cert. I found out that OCS doesn't like wildcard certs and when I contacted DigiCert support to verify my findings, the support tech was super helpful and gave me an awesome deal on OCS cert. Two thumbs up!

When I read the review's I didn't believe them. Then I needed DigiCert and wow - a certifcate in under 25 minutes and boy did it save my life. DigiCert - you have exceptional customer service.

We had a series of complex issues getting certs for servers we control and servers our vendor has dedicated to our service. Chris, Jared, Jamie, Taylor were all great individually. More importantly they were a great team, which indicates to me that the company has the right systems in place to coordinate the work of their team.

EV SSL with 15 additional names issued in hours, and even then most of the time they were waiting for us to correct some things like whois details. Awesome and kind support by chat, phone and e-mail. Highly recommended!

I wouldn't normally do this kind of customer reviews but i think DigiCert deserves the time i spend on this. Although i'm quite experienced with webserver configuration and command shell operations, i was quite reluctant to do the ssl certification thing because of the hassle it might cause. But this is a no-brainer with digicert. Everything is clearly documented, they have a wide variety of options to choose from, and the certifacte issueing process is absolutely transparent. furthermore (and that's what i totally like), the support is very fast, requests gets processed almost immediately and the answers are always great and very specific to my request. even if i thought some task would require serious back-and-forth between me and the support guy, everything is smooth. even if you do some reshuffeling of products to concur to technical constraints and admittedly to save some money (and who does not want this): no problem! Great job DigiCert!! :)
