I can not explain how great Digicert is. We ordered our EV SSL and then gave them a call to make sure everything was good. I was surprised that the person I got on the phone was the one on live chat. I ask how long it would take and they said it should take a couple hours and at most a day or so. They said everything looked fine but we needed a DUNS number. We had already applied for it but we gave D&B a call to check where our number was and the next day it was in our email. Digicert gave D&B a call to confirm everything. Once that was done within I would say two to three hours, we had our EV SSL issued. I would hands down use them again. I would never use another company for EV SSL. I would even use them for just a simple domain SSL. It is well worth the extra price.

We purchased a Unified Communications cert from Digicert for our Exchange 2010 install -- it works flawlessly. They even include a utility for windows servers to verify the correct installation. Technical support is great and and easily accessible via chat or email. We recently also purchased a EV SSL cert for our ecommerce site and the validation process was painless. They kept us informed through every step and I couldn't be happier. The prices are not the cheapest, but Digicert gives you the most VALUE for your money. Get your next cert from them, you won't be sorry!

These guys are awesome. We needed an SSL cert on a weekend and they were able to provide one for us and were very helpful in trying to get it to us when our mail services were down. I contacted support via their live chat and the support technician I worked with was very good. He was patient and walked me through the steps and provided excellent customer service. He even helped me with an Exchange problem that I've been struggling with. I would have expected them to get me through the installation of the SSL cert and tell me that they don't support Exchange and I need to contact Microsoft. But Jared M. really came through for me by providing very thorough information that allowed me to resolve my security issues with Exchange. These guys get a gold star and I would highly recommend them to anyone on the fence about where they buy their certs. Thanks Jared M.!

First Time I have dealt with this company and very impressed. I needed to renew our Exchange 2010 cerificate and encountered problems obtaining a .req file that wasn't binary encoded. Spent a day browsing the various internet tech. forums and noticed many other people were having the same problem. Out of despair I contacted DigiCert who advised me about a neat little tool called DigiCertUtil. This enabled the process of issuing a .req file in a matter of a few mouse clicks. This file was submitted to them and I received the certificate the following morning. Installed, tested all OK. Wish everything was this easy.

Digicer's Customer Support exceeds my expectations every time. Their site is easy to navigate and it is easy to order or renew certificates right down to videos and step by step instructions for creating the CSRs. Even if their competitors could offer certs for less, I think I would still stay with Digicert!

I've bought both UC and EV certs from Digicert and I keep coming back because the customer service is so good. Immediate answers via web chat any time I've had a problem. They've helped me work out some issues with the UC certs and even revoked and reissued a cert when I made a mistake, no questions asked. Not necessarily the cheapest option but they've saved me a lot of time with their excellent customer service.

Wow! I was pleasantly surprised my SSL Plus certificate was issued in less than 20 minutes after I submitted my order! When I had an issue with my SSL certificate installation, I asked for tech support and they responded promptly and professionally. I did a request for a re-issue of my certificate to solve my installation problem, they did this almostly like less than a minute after I submitted my request, and it is free of charge! I absolutely pledge my utmost satisfaction with their excellent customer service and professionalism. The control panel interface is also very well-designed for ease of use and helpful to new users. I certainly will use DigiCert again for their great value, great service and honest-to-goodness pricing!

I'm a consultant who does a lot of Exchange and SharePoint installs, so I have ordered my fair share of certs. DigiCert is the only provider who actually called me when there was a pending step that I had to complete. They actually called me before I had to call them. Impressive! I had my cert in less than an hour and it was still about 60% cheaper than Thawte! I will always use DigiCert from now on.

I was a newbie to SSL certificates and DigiCert walked me through all the steps from chosing the correct SSL to purchasing to installation to verifying all SSL sites were working correctly to troubleshooting. They have extremely knowledgeable support staff that are friendly and PATIENT. I had some unique needs and they stayed on the phone the entire time (hours). You might be able to find a cheaper SSL but I got what I paid for and then some. Thanks DigiCert!!
