I used Digi-Cert last year, had a few issues which were quickly resolved by the very friendly support staff. Renewal time came around, getting the cert renewed was a breeze, by far the easiest way to get SSL Certs :-)

Digicert have been absolutely brilliant. Thay have been knowledgable, helpful and have given me good advice. Digicert are prompt, they are not scared to call me if a problem has arisen and they are normally always actually chasing me to complete the process so they can produce the SSL certificates. Brilliant, this is why I always reccomend them over other well known brands, thawte, go daddy verisign. Well done it just shows great custmomer service makes happy and returing customers.

I have purcahsed a few certs from DigiCert, more recently a wildcard cert. The experience has always been very smooth - love their web portal! Was a Verisign customer - DigiCert is such a better experience, and you gotta love the prices.

I'm an absolute newbie in SSL and I had never acquired before a certificate. I preferred DigiCert due the only fact that it's a well known company in this field. After registration and purchase, they helped me in all step of validation of my domain with a lot of patience and courtesy. Absolutely excellent post sale service.

While ordering I made the mistake of ordering an EV instead of an OV. After everything was done from their and our end we realized that we needed an OV. I contacted the Chat Helpdesk and within a few minutes they revoked and refunded the EV for credits to get an OV. Thank you very much and I'll use Digicert for all my current and future sites.

My company was looking for a rock-solid Certificate Authority and we found one in Digicert. It is rare, indeed, to find a company that is not only proficient at what they do but also cares about their customers. This can only be a testament to Ken Bretschneider (Digicert - CEO) - who clearly understands the importance of great customer service and instills that into his customer support staff. We had dealt with a number of good people on their customer support staff and they are all exceptional - but one person - Jon Daniels - stood out in particular. Jon possesses a distinct combination of professional excellence and down-home friendliness. All in all - anyone or any company that deals with Digicert can expect to be treated with expert care - secure in the knowledge that the job of acquiring an SSL Certificate will be done right - and done in an expeditious fashion.

One of the easiest experiences imaginable. Use these guys. Other SSL services may be cheaper, but it can be a headache. I'd send emails and get responses or phone calls back within minutes. So nice to move quickly on things like this.

Well, I think the subject says it all... We wanted a wildcard certificate and after much searching, decided to go with DigiCert and boy, am I glad we did! The whole process was simple form start to finish and support are great! Sure, they aren't the cheapest but after our previous wildcard provider it is certainly worth the little extra to get this kind of response - best of all, you get a multi-server license with the ability to submit a CSR per server - none of this export/import rubbish! FANTASTIC 5*'s!

DigiCert.com spelled everything out for me. Made a call to their support line (an actual person answered!) to confirm my choice of Certificate. Created my CSR (using their tutorial); sent it in and an hour later was in business. Used their helpful confirmation tool. Could not wait to write this glowing review. Good to know their are quality vendors for SSL. I highly recommend DigiCert.

I have been client of verisign for a while. I decided to give Digicert a try and it went further away from my expectations. The are simply the best I've tried. Purchase and ordering from website in 5 simple steps. I got my cert in less than 20 minutes and the import to IIS was really simple (no mid auth certificates needed)
