After downloading cert and installing I noticed a couple of services were missing. Mike helped with ensuring the services were installed using Exchange Powershell. He than double-checked that the certificates were working as ordered. All of this was done quickly. Thanks Mike!

Cant speak about the quality of the certs - they just do what certs are supposed to do! The customer service however is FANTASTIC, very speedy, friendly and efficient, even when I'm wanting to do a transaction that involves refunds. Very knowledgable support staff who if they dont know the answer find it very quickly.

Every time I can't get an answer about an SSL question, the DigiCert Chat team helps me solve it on the first contact. Today was dealing with someone else's certificate, not my own, and Larry quickly found me the right information for their certificates, so that our connection issues could be resolved. :)

I've been using Digicert for a few years now and every time I contact them they impress me even more. They are super fast on delivering orders and their support group is outstanding.
