It is rare, indeed, to find a company that is not only proficient at what they do but also cares about their customers. This can only be a testament to Ken Bretschneider (Digicert - CEO) - who clearly understands the importance of great customer service and instills that into his customer support staff. We had dealt with a number of good people on their customer support staff and they are all exceptional - but one person - Jon Daniels - stood out in particular. Jon possesses a distinct combination of professional excellence and down-home friendliness. All in all - anyone or any company that deals with Digicert can expect to be treated with expert care - secure in the knowledge that the job of acquiring an SSL Certificate will be done right - and done in an expeditious fashion.
