We applied for a code signing certificate for our software (www.remoteutilities.com). The process took some time but it was not the fault of DigiCert but of the government authorities who were slow with their confirmation reply. But finally they confirmed everything we needed and DigiCert issued the certificate immediately. DigiCert are very quick and extremely helpful during the verification process.
