I have been using digicert for the last 3 years and can honestly say that they have been the best company for customer support relative to network technology. I have had expert service on the often strange procedures for creating certificate requests, installing certs, troubleshooting certificate problems, at all hours of the day and night. They have never failed to deliver excellent support. Their pricing and delivery system are the best I have seen, and I deal with Cisco, Symantec, Microsoft, Novell, Oracle, VMWare, and HP,just to name a few. If the big guys would run their company support the way DigiCert runs their support, they would have a lot more of my business out of gratitude instead of just out of necessity. Keep it up!
