I had a code signing certificate from Verisign. But due to the high cost, I did not want to renew from Verisign. Initially, I had placed the order with GlobalSign. The vetting team made me go through a nightmare. Every document that i submitted had a problem according to them. The process had reached about a week. They have no idea about the business models in India. For small business entities, it can become a nightmare! Anyways, I then contacted Digicert. It was as smooth as it could be.. Right from pre-sales till getting the certificate. Simply awesome support. Extremely helpful. Keywords that describe Digicert: Helpful, committed, fast, supportive.
