Today I had a question about a task for which I did not see an obvious way to do on the DigiCert web site. Just moments after sending my email, I received a reply which detailed how my specific task had already been completed for me. While today's issue was not a big deal, this example is typical of the prompt, competent, courteous, professional service that I have consistently experienced over several years of doing business with DigiCert in my role with an organization that uses certificates for multiple agencies (domains).
