In less than 10 minutes I placed an order, complete with my own CSR (no need to googling around: instructions were already there, on DigiCert site). I had a minor issue on my side (email server down) and asked for support. I'm in Italy - EU, so I expected my ticket to be assigned the next day: with my surprise they answered in minutes and helped me to successfully close my order. Hat off, DigiCert!
