I convinced my company to make the switch to DigiCert after numerous problems with GeoTrust. Not only was DigiCert significantly cheaper, but their customer support is the best I have seen from any technology company. They put the support number right on the front page, and you immediately get a CSR who actually knows what they are talking about. While we were making the switch, I put in a number of call regarding fairly technical issues. Every single time, the issue was resolved by the same person who picked up the phone. Once we finished the transition, I haven't really needed any help. The website is very easy, so I haven't really had any reason to call them since.
