RE: 00292784 {1394273} I spoke with a Bobby J. today, he was not only helpfull and patience with me but never got exicited because of my lack of know how in doing things like transfering a cert. Even with my poor explaining of things, he caught right on and was able to figure it out, Support people like that are getting far and few between. I will always pay more for a product just to have people like that around who will help out. He is a good man and I hope you guys treat him well. He definatly makes your compay shine. Mike Block
