I used to buy SSL certs from Thawte and ran away from them when they were aquired by Symantec. (support from Thawte was never very good, but it definately worsened when Symantec took over!) DigiCerts website is much better. You see immediately that they've put a lot of effort into making it user friendly. When I submitted all necessary documents, etc, my Wildcard SSL cert was finished within minutes! Later on, I contacted DigiCerts tech support twice, because I had question and their response was very quick and helpful. I recommend DigiCert to everyone who needs a certificate.
