I'm very happy with the support that Digicert provides. Even that we have something like 8 hours time difference both Live Chat support and email support are very fast to respond. I want to especially give my very best thanks to Paul from Live Chat as he always seems to find the solution. I would also like to recommend Digicert as one of the most flexible certificate service providers because of the exception they agreed to provide to us. We bough a Wildcard Plus certificate that we intended to use for all our certificate needs. However after we bought the certificate we decided to implement Lync 2013 which doesn't support * in the CA of the certificate. Digicert agreed to issue us a certificate with custom CA and SANs that are not supported by Wildcard Plus certificate for free. This kind of cervices are what we look after from our service providers and I will recommend Digicert to our Top Management again when the time for renewal come.
