Due to a project rush order, I ordered through Digicert on a Sunday at 2am, and got an answer from a real customer service in the hour to inform me of the next step to obtain the certificate. They contacted me the next day to process the order. Eventually, I had to cancel my order a day after since the project did not go through. This happened prior to the Certificate issuance, and the DigiCert folks were completely understanding. They very nicely informed me that it was no problem. I'll definitely think of them in the future for my certificate needs.
