Our certificate was issued to the original developer of our site and expired without us knowing. I spoke via live chat with two different techs and they were both great. Travis stayed online with me for over an hour helping me install the new certificate. Had some permission issues along the way and had to resolve them. He was great...patient and knowledgeable.
